Pros
Perfect Organization for a Human Service major just enter the field. They offer a wide range of services within the community and there is generous opportunity for advancement and something the agency encourages.
Cons
As a nonprofit organization, the pay is pretty much across the board. Majority of the agencies departments are friendly and welcoming with the exception of the Residential section. They turn-over is probably the highest in the agency with one common denominator. The Residential department is overseen by mainly two females that are knowledgeable but but very young females and the work environment reflects this big time.
