Business Outlook
Pros
The clients are motivated and until recently, it was easy to have autonomy as a clinician. Our coworkers are all we have, now. I do like having a flexible schedule.
Cons
The CEO has changed a great deal all at once that doesn’t appear to benefit anyone except perhaps himself and one or two others. This is ultimately going to harm the clients, and they don’t deserve that. The entire bent of the company has quickly gone from competent to appearing harried, autocratic, and self serving. Aside from this, the pay is way lower than it should be for clinicians; and the opportunities for advancing one’s position seems largely based on either luck or favoritism over merit, honesty, integrity, or experience.
