      Untrustworthy management, Lack of transparency, artificial deadlines with little justification. Quotas for stats that don't actually matter

      Great Leadership (Todd is awesome). Visionary and community oriented. Educating millions for successful careers in tech. Community Oriented

      Cons

      I cannot think of any, but things will play out now that they have been aquired. I think they will do even better, but time will tell.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great work culture, great team environment.

      Cons

      Had a lot of restructuring then ended up selling to private equity firm and half the company got let go. With new PE owners, hard to say is all the pros I've listed are still true.
