      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, reasonable hours, friendly colleagues. The environment is pleasant and the office locations are convenient.

      Cons

      Upper management (pawns of the parent company) is smooth talking but clueless - truly empty suits. Bureaucracy is crazy. Decisions take forever to be made. Company hasn't turned an underwriting profit in 5+ years.

      Pros

      Coworkers are very knowledgeable and overall a nice group of people to work with. The Company has good benefits and perks such as monthly lunches. The pay was fair for the industry.

      Cons

      Some upper level Managers do not seem to have their employees best interests in mind when they make decisions. On many occasions decisions are made without consulting the people who actually do the work. Computer systems needs upgrading.
