Pros
The company culture is fun, there are movie club that can borrow DVD for free ! In our software team, office atmosphere is good. People are friendly, answering your questions. No much overtime work if you work efficiently.
Cons
Co-working with other teams, suppliers, customers are challenging. Mobile phone brand company are hard to satisfied. Factory experience is exhausted but can learn a lot from the process.
