    Allow employee to grow within their specialties instead of pushing them to be promoted towards management rules.

    Pros

    The company culture is fun, there are movie club that can borrow DVD for free !
    In our software team, office atmosphere is good. People are friendly, answering your questions. No much overtime work if you work efficiently.

    Cons

    Co-working with other teams, suppliers, customers are challenging.
    Mobile phone brand company are hard to satisfied.
    Factory experience is exhausted but can learn a lot from the process.

    Advice to Management

    Payment is less encouraging ...
    Too much paper works

    Pros

    Above avarage pay comparing to other manufacturing companies. The working environment is nice. Workload is fair without too much overtime working.

    Cons

    Not too many career opportunities for new comer. ODM business become challenging while intense and bleedy competition in phone business. Conservative company culture.

    Workplace experience is one of the best i know in this side of Europe.

    Good opportunity to work some cool products. On many occasions you may see some leading edge technologies provided by OEMs.

    Cons

    Very bad senior management. Often, they let project leader take too much control that, if you meet someone mad, you will live under his madness for as long as the project lasts.

    Advice to Management

    Need to review senior management skill sets and make appropiate changes, this will be quite essential if you guys still want to keep talented people working for you.

    Pros

    Good people. Training is good. Company has many opportunities, or projects to interact with many different people and companies. Vendors or customers.

    Cons

    Too cost oriented. Compensation is not great. Too high turnover

    Advice to Management

    Use compensation to keep talented engineers, dont base compensation on # of yrs at company, rather base on merit and accomplishments

    A little bit better compensation than other similar companies

    Cons

    Poor management, crowded workplace, never-ending over-time work

    Advice to Management

    Quit their engineering leadership style. Get some management professionals to change the management philosophy.
