      Pros

      As mentioned in the tile, good place to start, managers are very nice and helpful. Not mush stress thought some months can be very busy.

      Cons

      The pay is low, given the fact that the job isn't hard or very technical. Even they tried to give you a raise every year, still didn't pay well.

      Great training and support. Interesting cases. Feel listened to. Amazing and incredibly smart colleagues. Well paid.

      Cons

      Long working hours, Management track billed hours too closely - can feel quite pressured. Not very social.
