      - Team you work with is good, with everyone being friendly. - You can have the oppotunity to learn new things by branching into other departments.

      Cons

      - Pay is below what competitors would pay. - Senior management have all be there for 20+ years, creating a system where they are stiffling innovation. It very much feels that people in senior management have made it to that position not becuase of their merit but rather cause they have been there so long.
