Horrible leadership
The senior human operations partner is flat out the rudest person I have ever worked with.
They do not train well and expect you to just know things and treat you like you are unintelligent. The ball can be drop and it's your task, however you wouldn't even know its your task or know how to do the task. Because they don't train.
I was in this position for a year and a half and left. Basically get your experience and get out.
They had two talent acquisition coordinators up and quit on them without notice because how horrible the recruitment director is.

They are definitely hiring, however you will hate it here! They total value team is about to be a team of 2 so the work that they will out in you will be a lot and your boss doesnt even know what his own department does.
