Pros

Modern office space, colleagues are pleasant and wonderful to work with. Office is located in Grand Central, as such there are tons of places to eat, drink and visit, all within in a few steps. Managers don't micro-manage, allow you to work the way you want as long as you're producing, have a wonderful marketing team that makes it all easy.

Cons

No real sales incentives (ex. accelerators, bonuses, sales prizes, winner's circle, off-site team building). Company is reluctant to change "we've been doing it this way forever" especially if it requires monetary investment, requires too much justification to "try" things. Company is very siloed, most people don't talk to each other unless they're on the same team or during in-office gatherings only. Office culture definitely needs a bit of love, eerily silent most of the time. Job is best for those who have experience in sales particularly in sponsorships, as the company does not provide training. All outreach communication / templates are left up to you to develop.
