Staff are treated like children who can't be trusted. Used to be a decent place to work, but growth and new management have turned it into a complete corporate nightmare that only cares about wringing as much money as possible out of staff and customers and nothing else. You'll get hired because they need people that are more ok with being worked to the bone and stripped of any shred of individuality than the staff they currently have.
