Pros

I've never worked at a company that so genuinely lives its values the way this one does. From day one, it’s been clear that people come first in every decision, conversation, and initiative. Leadership genuinely cares about employee well-being, growth, and inclusion, and you can feel that care reflected in the day-to-day culture. What stands out most to me is how deeply the company is connected to community and making a positive impact. It’s inspiring to be part of a workplace where doing good and doing great work go hand in hand. The collaboration here is authentic. People lift each other up, share credit freely, and genuinely want to see others succeed. It’s the kind of culture that makes you proud to tell people where you work. If you want to work somewhere that cares deeply about its people and its purpose, this is it. You’ll feel valued, supported, and inspired every single day.

Cons

Like any fast-moving company, things can change quickly. That’s part of the excitement!

Pros

The culture, the people and the atmosphere are amazing. I've had a long career with many of the Northwest well known companies, and none hold a candle to Talking Rain and the Rain Makers. People are valued, collaboration is king, and leadership really live the company values.

Cons

I have seen new hires from large corporate organizations struggle adapting to a people first culture and the expectation that collaboration and connection is an expectation along with making your numbers. If you self-describe as a "win at all costs, cut-throat" type maybe give it a miss.

Pros

Great people, culture, and benefits.

Cons

At the end of the day, the organization operates as a business, and while employees are valued, they are not always the top priority. All roles can be demanding, often requiring individuals to wear multiple hats, and burnout can be a real consideration in this environment.
