Promotion process is not ideal.. you have to do CEUs and earn 3 meta badges and then have to wait for a review plus cant move up again for 9 months Some Team Leads and Directors are amazing and some are absolutely awful (my current one gas lights, shifts blame, and is condescending, and I thought i could get support from my Director but she took his side) Its basically a sales position but without commission, there are goals for number of enrollments etc but not incentive Can be taxing mentally
