Pros
I honestly have nothing bad to say about CMHC. My time here was wonderful, every single person I interacted with was full of enthusiasm and had a true passion for their work.
Cons
The only potential negative I can think of is that the company is essentially a crown corporation, and therefore relies heavily on government funding. Although the company wanted to keep me, they didn’t have the budget to do so beyond my contract.
