Cons
Salary is a joke. And we only get 60% of it each pay ( all taxes + pension + union dues). Work can be brutal as taxpayer are not usually nice or compliant. It can be depressing. And they change your job without asking you. They demote people without further explanation. Term employees can be fired in a blink of an eye, regardless of how they perform their work.
