      Talented and hardworking team members. Opportunity to work on various tech stack for those who are willing to learn and implement

      No clear roadmap or execution clarity Frequent layoffs creating job insecurity Very low salary hikes compared to inflation Significant offshoring and shift of roles Too many leadership layers.

      Pros

      Pay is okay compared to major US banks. Benefits are really strong (6% 401k match day 1, Gold Gympass for free, no premiums on healthcare). Able to do secondment globally (LDN, SG, HK, AUS)

      Cons

      Reputation of CBA in the US is mediocre. Pay is okay. NY Office gets little attention. Difficult to get promoted very senior if not in AUS.
