      You can have a work life balance.

      Cons

      1. They come up with insignificant things and make you do them on high priority saying it is leadership ask. 2. Tech innovations are not given much importance 3. Lot of favouritism 4. Higher management is not at all supportive 5. No employee benefits 6. Promotions take a lot of time 7. Bare minimum increments 8. Recently got to know they do silent lay offs.

      Pros

      1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

      Cons

      1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
