There was a lot of interesting work at Novo and encouragement to expand your responsibilities. Great building with strong amenities and good work atmosphere.

There was a job squeeze when competition put pressure on products, but that's outside of management's control. I would've stayed there much longer if not for the layoffs.
Good benefits, 401K and vacation. The work schedule (4x10) currently is but it's going away.

Tone-deaf management that completely ignore employee concerns and keep spouting standard corporate BS, moral at all time low due to shift change. Retention rates failing like a rock.
