      Pros

      You get to see a lot of the inner workings in the Athletic Department at a mid-major D1 NCAA school. This is great for someone just starting out who wants to work in sports in their future.

      Cons

      Some tasks, like doing facility checks, are not super fun, but all very necessary and worth the learning experience.
