Pros

Benefits are great. Shifts are published every quarter so you can plan ahead. Teammates make the toxic environment easier to endure.

Cons

Management is made up of individuals who act like they are still in high school. Very clicky. Does not lead by example. Always on their phones. Always talking stories and laughing up a storm like they don’t have jobs to do or agents to take care of. They say they are there to support you but dare to ask them for help because they will look at you like you’re an inconvenience. You also can’t do better than them or point out areas they need to improve, otherwise they will isolate you, harass you, and find reasons to reprimand and punish you. Often times agents are having to apologize to customers complaining about hearing loud noises in the background which is almost always the managers and supervisors laughing.
