Flexible schedule work from home, pay is good and benefits. Company is all about work life balance

Just started with company I have no cons at this time

The company has great benefits and decent compensation. I think overall there are people who want to be supportive and help with career goals, etc.

They still take a one size fits all approach - there is no consideration of differences in people. Additionally, they are not very clear on performance reviews and they lack in holding all employees accountable/to the same standard.
