Small representative in America, hard to transfer internally

Employees are great people. Work is interesting and engaging

Managers constantly made fun of my weight and other employees weight. I was asked what I was eating and why it wasn’t a salad. Very abusive in the way that they would speak to people. Lots of backstabbing between managers trying to prevent work from flowing. Groups and work are very unorganized. Managment had no clear goals. Overall managment is a nightmare, especially the mid levels
