Travelodge has always made me feel as though I am valued and listened to. I enjoy being part of a team and having constant support. I feel my ideas are appreciated and it is easy to communicate feedback with my colleagues and managers.

The progression within my current role is very limited and therefore I feel I will have to move department in order to progress.
