Amazing training to get prepared for the boat, great trainers and managers with fun experiences with your team, it is very supportive and they care about all of their guests and trainees!

Long hours for training and work, will have to get prepared to be away from family and friends for a couple of months.

Once my manager left yesterday the dynamic changed . The lady makes me feel like crap I had a bad guest complaint she read it to crew . Overall she said I was a bad server and changed my section and mostly all my servers are messy or lazy I want to quit or transfer
