Decent pay and good benefits.

They handle hiring and resignation terribly. They were so slow in getting my appointment set up that I was forced to start 3 months after I was meant to, and the contract ended earlier than promised. They also have still not paid me my last two paychecks. Luckily my position was unionized, and the union is very helpful and proactive with these issues, but I wish I didn't have to use that resource in the first place.
