Pros

Absolutely nothing anymore. Pay is below average,

Cons

This company has become corporate America by all measures. Favoritism is the worst ive ever seen in any company, to the point where serious legal action could be taken for discrimination. If you've been with the company, 10 plus years the rules dont apply to you. They have adjusted their budget so strictly that even getting supplies is difficult. We dont get any recognition for what we do right, just emails or meetings about what we did wrong, it beats you down. EVERY departments work load is barely attainable! G&A use to stand out from other PEO's, however since 2023 it has declined greatly. You will only get a measly 3% raises, some get less than that. What's really embarrassing is that many of our clients pay better, and give a minimum of 5% raises to their employees, yet G&A uses the economy, or anything else gling on in the world as an excuse to why they can't do better. All while acquiring companies left and right, because growing the company is more important than sustainability with their employees.

Ten plus years - thank you for your passionate response and for sharing your concerns. We appreciate your honesty, and it appears we have lost your trust. Employee experience is foundational to all we do, and we remain committed to providing fair and competitive opportunities for employees to grow with us. Favoritism and micromanagement are not practices we condone. G&A Partners is dedicated to leadership development and the standardization of all operating procedures across our cross-functional relationships. Over the last ten years, we have processed pay increases at the industry average (or above) in all but 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, when we committed all funds to keep our people employed. Our Q1 2026 salary survey data confirm that 97% of our workforce is paid at or above market rates for similar roles, as evidenced by our average employee tenure of 5.6 years. Our growth has not hampered our ability to celebrate several Best Places to Work and diversity awards in the markets that we serve. We formally reward and recognize employees at each quarterly staff meeting, in real time through our WOW moments peer-to-peer recognition, and by direct communication with our CEO when that employee is recognized by a client. We aim to address the areas where you see misalignment and get them moving in the right direction. Your direct leadership and/or Corporate HR would welcome the opportunity to meet with you in person to see how we can best support you.
