      People are great to work with, great minds working at the company Environment where we can raise our voice without being cutoff

      Cons

      Leadership is clueless No new product innovation because of the lack of guidance Layoffs happening at 6 months frequency

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
