Pros

Hybrid Remote working Big brand names AI training

Cons

Everyone is stressed and overworked, with little to no bonuses each year. And management say yes just to keep clients happy despite crazy workloads that burnout the teams delivering it. Salary reviews rarely happen and internal moves often come with salary reductions bases on "client budgets". A strategy Oliver use to put people in other teams for a lot less money. Full time roles with no job security. Your role ends when the client leaves, and you'll be put at risk the moment they do and then maybe moved elsewhere in Oliver but with no guarantee you'll stay. So feel you could lose your role at any point and be looking at redundancy. Recruitment team & HR were the least supportive people, no empathy, and poor communication taking weeks to confirm internal move interviews, and acted like you were an inconvenience when contacting them. AI push started out interested but now seems like we're all training AI to now replace everyone till they can cull 50% of employees to make bank and streamline Leaving the agency as I'm sick of moving teams when clients leave. You move into another team where everyone is nice but just tired stressed and overworked often doing more than they should just to keep a job or are overworked in combined roles as "development opportunities" instead of Oliver paying for the team size required. The team pick up the slack until eventually they just leave after another year of empty promises on pay reviews, no bonuses and an out of touch leadership team who are far removed from how it feels in the trenches.

Pros

Decent benefits HRA helps cover deductibles and co-pays Standard holidays and personal days

Cons

They tell you your role is "full time" only for you to find out later there's a time limit to your role. (Usually a year or less.) Total b.s. when it comes to job security. Make sure your "full-time" role is actually full-time and not some glorified contract for a one-time project.
