Pretty good pay and you get paid for tutoring that is mandatory

Pay needs to be raised higher considering the hours we put in that isn’t included in our hours. Especially when we have to meet earlier than our clock in hours for a meeting. I love cfisd though because of how much help they give with planning out the material. As a new teacher that was very helpful!
