The company is always changing and restructuring. There is no rhyme or reason for the changes. Pulling reps from territories where they are doing exceptionally well and then placing them in a brand new territory.
Comp plans take months to get out (unit may of this year), they announce them on the week of the month, then raise quotas the next week. No stability
