1. You are gonna get an "absolute exposure" of everything in your domain. You just need to ask and they will let you handle it. 2. The mindset of the founders is just so cool. One of the most intelligent and funniest duo I have ever seen. They will always bring out the best in you. 3. The culture - Interview Kickstart believes in ownership. I have not seen micro-managing over here. 4. Recognition - If you do your tasks consistently and own it - they are going to value you more than you can think of. Also at IK, there are various monthly & quarterly R&R to bring out your best self. This is really motivating. 5. People - The people over here are absolute brilliant and approachable. Even in remote work environment, you won't feel alone. The environment here is really fun and cheerful. The main USP of IK is its founders. Kudos to the whole team for making it one of the amazing places to work in.
