Pros
The company gives a lot of flexibility and autonomy to drive your own career growth. You have opportunities to determine how to help the company achieve the company objectives. You can work remotely and set your own hours to a degree. Within this, there are a lot of opportunities to get involved with cross-functional projects. This gives you an opportunity to learn quickly and work with different folks around the company in different roles and functions. The culture is very committed to the employees and the growth of everyone involved with IK. The HR team is active in listening to employees and developing new strategies to better support the company.
Cons
In a remote environment, there is a lot of flexibility, but it also provides some challenges around occasional odd hours in order to collaborate with distributed team members. That being said, most team members understand the goal that we share to build an awesome company and are willing to work together during odd hours, etc.

Oct 11, 2021 - Operations AssociateRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The mission, vision, and values of the company are very well articulated by the co-founders of the company. The frequent company meetings help keep you in the loop with all of the current events. It really shows you the work that you are contributing makes a difference. In my own department, the workload is intense, but I wouldn't have accomplished so much without it. The Operations manager
Cons
With the company growing so quickly (often before you or the team are ready), the workload can be very overwhelming. I have had many nights working overtime. There are also many cross-functional team tasks. Be prepared to do multiple jobs outside of your role. However, these are all standard growing pains of start-up companies.
