Pros

Witnessing Interview Kickstart's evolution over the past 4 years has been incredibly fulfilling. Building a fast-growing startup is always an adventure, and I could not ask for a better team to be on this journey with. The leadership group and team are dedicated to creating the best solutions for our students. Working at Interview Kickstart will push you to think harder and push you to grow personally and professionally. If you are committed to helping professionals up-level in their careers, and you are ready to work hard to make an impact in the world, we would love to meet you!

Cons

Scaling with an international team can present some communication and scheduling challenges, but everyone is committed to making it work. We go through many of the typical startup growing pains, but the team, students, and mission make it all worth while!
