Pros
There is no benefit of working at Complete Solar. I suppose one could argue you'll receive a paycheck for few weeks, a few months if you are lucky.
Cons
- If you make to much money, they will fire you
- If you don't work overtime and weekends, they will fire you
- If your name comes up on a random draw, they will fire you
- If you don't write memos and specs, they will fire you
- If you don't meet deadlines, despite executives standing in your way making it difficult, changing their decisions every other day, they will not give you your bonus, and then fire you
- if you ask a valid question, such as how are we going to compensate for everyone being laid off every other week, the CEO will curse and yell at you in front of the entire company, and likely put you on the next RIF list
- There is 0 insight to how the business will perform tomorrow, let alone next week or next quarter
