An overall good company for supplemental income if you are not going to solely depend on it to pay your bills, because it could be feast or famine, but that is the expectations for per diem jobs

Mandated to provide 25 slots even when there is no work
No clear, or little to no communication when there is no work, that time could be used for a hobby, relaxation etc. It is frankly unfair to do this to employees; I would appreciate a change in this practice. Wellness is important, instead of preaching about diversity and wellness, better practices that benefit employees would be more useful. Hope this helps with quality improvement
