    The opportunity to work from home

    Cons

    Lack of company culture. Those with lower titles who kind of are the backbone of the company get little recognition and pay to go along.

    Stop forgetting about the little man.

    Pros

    Flexible hours a few helpful co workers not many, option to work from home, was just bought by Inovalon. Offers stock investments after 90 days.

    Cons

    No protocols poor communication lack strong leadership cares nothing about the NP puts them at risk incompetent schedulers. Several work place bullies unprofessional co-workers, dress code is not enforced.

    Advice to Management

    Higher more qualified individuals and get rid of work place bullies.

    Horrible benefits high premiums high out of pocket pay. Over worked underappreciated unless you are favored by leadership there is no growth

    Invest in better benefits, promote on merit and not who you like

    Pros

    Flexible schedule. Management tried. Love the charting, payroll system. Gives 401 K to per-diems.
    Can reschedule members, love that autonomy.

    Cons

    Does not pay for no-shows after driving for an hour to the location. ( other companies do) Schedulers do not keep you in one location, they will cause you to drive one hour for an appointment, and then 45 minutes to another. No consideration for the providers. This seems to be the trend for years.
    Does not fill schedule in a timely fashion. Use your NP license in a meaningful way.

    Advice to Management

    Look out for your providers in the field.

    Lack of consistency in policy and action. Difficult on-boarding process.
