Some may see our growth challenges as a con, but we are always growing and evolving and pushing ourselves pretty hard. The individual growth mirrors the company growth for those up for it. Feedback and solutions are swift, so growth challenges never fester.

Plenty of benefits and good pay. Directors tend to look the other way and bend rules since they do it too and standards are pretty low. Nice people for the most part.

A little bit of chaotic energy and no one really seems to know what we're supposed to be doing half the time. Good option for anyone who wants to build a career looking busy.
