      Pros

      Everything! An amazingly caring company striving to make a heartfelt positive impact in the world. Management is out of this world- always there to support and guide you on your journey and provide you with an abundance of opportunities to grow. Could not ask for better. The team is extremely talented and hard-working and make you feel proud of to be one of them. Great culture- relaxed California vibes with a tight knit family atmosphere. Amazing benefits that truly show just how above and beyond the company goes for it's team.

      Cons

      I am not sure that I would call this a "con" but there has been a lot of change in the last couple years and change can be difficult at times. Knowing that the change has taken the Company in such a positive direction makes all the challenging times 100% worth it.

      Not sure if there is one... I was paid well?

      Cons

      CEO/Owner, Matt Titlow. He's a good sales person but very tactical. He has no integrity.... he'll do anything for a sale. He's not loyal. He didn't have the maturity to pick up the phone and call me when I was fired. I was given no reason why I was let go. BTW, I write this two years after I was fired. I am not bitter, just stating facts and trying to advise others. Do NOT work for this company. Look to work for good people. He is not.

      Management only believes their favorites. Draconian style of leadership. Lead by fear tactics.
