Pros
HR was efficient when spoken to the right staff. Regular raises based on performance.
Cons
Supervisor took her favorites out to get drunk on a regular basis as well as overnight trips, invite only. Supervisor will ask uncertified staff to do the job of her certified and favorite staff. Supervisor will take things personally. Supervisor will put staff down and allow her favorite staff to get away with threats, physical assault and hanging calls on suicidal patients and not pick up calls. Supervisor will get mad at staff for not picking up above 60 hours a week in the name of self care/burn out. Supervisor will blow up phone for unnecessary items. Supervisor will demand night staff (only)without formal education to be awake 24/7 for her if they work night shift. Supervisor will scream at staff that whatever question is none of their business and to get out of her office when staff helped the company avoid a lawsuit for malpractice. Supervisor will inform staff that if they don't divulge personal information to other staff, no one will respect them or take them seriously. Supervisor will personally go from room to room and divulge staff personal information, specially love life, death in family, and alleged sexual tendencies. Supervisor has a history of being in intimate relations with her staff's significant others. Yes, plural. Supervisor will ignore staff's concerns. Multiple levels of supervisors will retaliate against staff after staff raises concerns due to the toxic environment and withhold proper amount of monetary raise. Supervisor allows staff to have intimate relations with other departments using company vehicles, phones and time. Supervisor allows staff to use fentanyl in men's bathroom's on a regular basis. Supervisor will dismiss other departments' praises regarding staff that's not supervisor's favorite to said staff's face. Supervisor got the opportunity for her role thanks to her supervisor, who is also her best friend. Supervisor often times declines to clarify or find out answers for staff's questions. Supervisor is biased and overwhelmed with amount of staff and work.
