      Pros

      Best experience I've had working for any employer in my 26 years since graduating college. Everyone always has your back, and the personal/professional support is terrific.

      Cons

      Occasionally have issues where people don't respond to Email, but that's more of a personal thing that a company culture issue.

      There isn't anything with CIT specifically but the MSP industry is hard to make it some times.

      Extremely welcoming, collaborative, and helpful in the onboarding process. Weekly meetings allow me to stay up to date on new initiatives and review any questions I may have.

      Centralizing tools to make processes more seamless.
