Pros
I have worked at CP for 6 years and in that time have been promoted 4 times. The company reward great performance from lunch-clubs to winners trips abroad, and they are achievable. They really don't have a hire and fire policy like some recruitment agencies. Once they invest in you they really support you. It is a really fun culture and environment. No micromanagement which suits me (but I realise may not suit some). The commission scheme is awesome.
Cons
If you need micromanaging to motivate yourself then this isn't the place for you. The database needs data-cleansing.
