Pros
* Working with some great people (former NIM employees who are still with the company) * Even if some products are old and use old technology, newer products are using newer more advanced technology exposing the employees to new challenges.
Cons
* Upper management and Corporate does not understand the business. * Recently we had a huge RIF and it was already a skeleton crew and now everything needs to go off shore. * Upper management does not understand the legal procedures and export guidelines when making decisions to move the work offshore. * Big conflict between the CFO and the upper management in Orange County.
