Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you felt that expectations set forth by management were not clear or consistent. We've recently focused much of our energy on setting clear company goals that have been communicated to all employees. Additionally, all department leads were tasked with setting goals for their department that aligned with the company goals, and also helped guide individual employee goals. We're regularly working to overcome the obstacles we face due to our recent growth spurt, and aim to met employee needs in order to allow them to be successful at ConXtech.
