Pros
Nice colleagues. Great potential if more investment was made in the business and the people. Good global footprint (but it isn’t exploited effectively).
Cons
Short term cash is the primary concern, with limited desire to invest in the business for longer term benefits. There’s a constant squeeze on operating costs, which means every £ to invest is a battle to win, and ultimately enough isn’t spent. Pretty grimy work place.
