      Pros

      Overall, Concept Plus is great. My leadership is super helpful and supportive and they offer a lot of opportunities for growth, personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Benefits are not the best but salary is okay.

      Pros

      Very strong culture, clear the company cares for its employees, higher ups are good people who deserve what they have. Room to grow, room to develop, great opportunities.

      Cons

      I know this sounds fake but there really have been no cons
