      Pros

      Open communication throughout all levels of the organization. A true teamwork environment. An office that harbors innovation and creativity. Very healthy business growth. Employee development is a top priority. Involved in the local community through charity work. I am a recently separated veteran, and could not have asked for a better support team for my transition into the civilian sector.

      Cons

      If you aren't ready to work with a team that will challenge your skills daily this isn't the office for you. Be prepared to fulfill your potential.

      Pros

      Very strong culture, clear the company cares for its employees, higher ups are good people who deserve what they have. Room to grow, room to develop, great opportunities.

      Cons

      I know this sounds fake but there really have been no cons
