1. The company has all processes streamlined and hardlined SOP's which makes any new joiner quickly cope with the work environment . 2. Leads and employees are very cooperative and friendly . 3. The company had a huge employee profile coming up majorly from health related backgrounds and other fields as well . 4. Coming to work , the job profile that i will depict here is of Data Curator/Abstractor coz thats something i can comment on , the job is straight forward , working with EHR and licking relevant information from PHI . There are a set of rules to do that , follow the rules and extract the data . Once you have learnt the criteria for extracting data , the work is simple 5. Now coming to targets , every company is based on targets and thats what drives the company's revenue which in turn is rewarding to all employees as well , all targets set upon and very much achievable . 6. Coming to work culture , the company has lot of young power so its a very friendly work culture , not many senior citizens comprise the company , atleast not many that i have seen , so at that front the company is cool . 7. The work schedule is very comfy , you can finish work by 5pm which leaves you ample time to hit the gym to visit your girlfriend/boyfriend . 8. Last but not the least , your salary will arrive on the last day of every month without fail . Very prompt and neatly done . **** I know how hard it is when joining a new company , which is why i have put up my review so that people benefit amd it helps build confidence .
