1. Excellent work-life balance. Although the company follows a 5-day work-from-office policy, home pick-up and drop cab facilities make commuting convenient. Leave requests are generally approved without hassle, and there is a strong culture of respecting employees' personal time by avoiding after-hours work interruptions. 2. The company organizes monthly team-building activities, providing employees with an opportunity to step away from their daily work, unwind, and strengthen relationships with colleagues. 3. Quarterly team lunches are arranged to celebrate key deliverables and milestones, which helps improve team bonding and creates a positive sense of accomplishment. 4. The overall work environment is welcoming, collaborative, and supportive. Colleagues are approachable, understanding, and always willing to help when needed. 5. Regular training and learning sessions are conducted to help employees enhance their skills and grow within their current roles. 6. Reporting manager train us, guide us and ensures that we feel free to work.

Cons

One area for improvement is the limited organizational hierarchy. Since there are fewer levels for career progression, long-term growth and promotions can sometimes be challenging.

Good learning opportunities and supportive colleagues for Freshers.

Cons

The current QC manager has an arrogant, authoritarian leadership style and often behaves like a dictator rather than a leader. There is little room for open communication or differing opinions. The absence of effective skip-level meetings and meaningful HR oversight makes it difficult for employees to raise concerns or receive fair support. This creates a stressful work environment and negatively impacts morale, engagement, and retention. QC Manager lacks transparency and consistency. The manager often creates a stressful work environment through micromanagement, favoritism, and poor communication. Employee concerns are rarely acknowledged, resulting in low morale and high turnover. Leadership development and accountability are needed. The work environment is negatively impacted by toxic management. Constructive feedback is often replaced with criticism, communication is inconsistent, and unrealistic expectations lead to unnecessary stress. Employees do not feel valued or heard. The biggest challenge is the QC manager's leadership style. Micromanagement, favoritism, lack of recognition, and disrespectful communication make it difficult to maintain motivation. Talented employees often leave because of the work culture rather than the job itself. I hope the company invests in better leadership training and employee well-being.
