      Pros

      Great in the beginning, then massive management change killed morale!!! “MOST” of the employees were great to work with.

      Cons

      No consistency on how teams are treated, major favoritism shows!! Promoting employees up a level who can even do the work of a lower level. Allowing select few more remote time due to distance, but others at a similar distance less remote time. Very unfair management.

      Friendly and highly skilled employees who care about delivering quality results Flexible work-from-home policy

      Cons

      Management makes decisions on its own behalf without regard for morale or efficiency, and is absolutely terrible at communication and leadership Pay is way below market Health insurance is mediocre
