A negative I have found during my two years at the company is the way it struggles to deal with unprofessional employees until they turn their backs on the company. I felt bad about some of these negative employee reviews. I knew who those colleagues were. Since it is easy to manipulate time logging tools, employees would take more than hours of breaks and record only 30 minutes as their entire break for the month, cheating the company. In a friendly environment, there will be no action taken to prevent such unprofessional employees from misusing their working time or exploiting it for personal purposes. Upon confronting these employees for misusing their freedom, the higher manager took a measure that applies to the entire team and makes others unhappy as well due to the faith of unprofessional colleagues we have to suffer with regulations and finally they look for other jobs and just chicken out. later end up in here writing negative reviews like a coward. The review clearly shows how immature and unprofessional they are.

1. No salaries for months. 2. Your questions will not be answered - send as many emails as you want 3. CEO is rude 4. Not a single thing, the CEO has said has come true 5. CEO threatens own employees with lawsuits 6. Not a single person has left this company on a good note 7. Overtime hours not paid for 8. You will be reached out on vacation/ holidays or after work hours if the CEO feels like doing so 9. CEO will ask you to sell your pwn property if you ask for your pending salary 10. The CEO has on record said that he doesn't have the money to pay the employees, but still expects you to work non-stop.
